About the Role

We're currently recruiting for an Events & Conference Services Operations Manager for our team based at a leading American multinational investment bank and financial services company in the City.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the Events & Conference Services Operation.
  • Facilitate the day-to-day supervision of our highly engaged team, ensuring that we continue to improve what are already world-class standards, while instilling positive ethics to motivate the team members and aid the growth of their skillset.
  • Maintain an excellent client relationship, growing the relationship with the client and the bank's staff to ensure that we consistently exceed expectations.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have proven experience of overseeing a successful events and conference service operation and managing a team within a high-end corporate or hotel environment.

They must be open-minded, adaptable, and flexible, with the ability to deliver consistently while under pressure in an ever-changing and evolving business.

They will have high attention to detail and knowledge of service excellence, demonstrating how they take great pride in delivering an exceptional service.
