Job Summary

Panoramic Associates is seeking a highly skilled Retrofit Project Manager to join their Business Improvement & Decarbonisation team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support on low carbon and energy efficiency services to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the successful delivery of technical services by the Decarbonisation Team, ensuring timely completion of projects and activities.
  • Make critical decisions to ensure project completion on time, developing and implementing relevant programs to achieve this goal.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision to the Decarbonisation Team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
  • Report regularly to the Innovation & Decarbonisation Director on project performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in formulating team strategies and new services, collaborating with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Provide technical advice and support to project teams on decarbonization and energy efficiency measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with key supply chain partners to assist in bid submissions, ensuring the company's interests are represented.
  • Attend internal and external meetings, events, and conferences as needed, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Prepare technical proposals and contribute to the development of marketing collateral, showcasing the company's expertise and services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, upholding the client's interests and maintaining a safe working environment.

Desirable Attributes

  • Hold or working towards Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management, or equivalent qualification.
  • Hold or working towards Level 4 Award in Domestic Retrofit Assessment, or equivalent qualification.
  • Possess other relevant qualifications related to building energy performance, such as a degree in a related field.
  • Experienced in delivering energy efficiency/decarbonisation programs, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and passionate about driving sustainable solutions, with a commitment to reducing carbon emissions and improving energy efficiency.
  • Previous experience in the social housing sector would be advantageous, but not essential.
