About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retrofit Coordinator to join our team at Panoramic Associates. As a Retrofit Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting all stages of a retrofit project, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete end-to-end retrofit coordination process using Corelogic's 'PAS Hub' software, specifically designed to support the PAS 2035 framework.
  • Review submitted retrofit assessment documents to ensure compliance with PAS 2035 standards.
  • Develop improvement option evaluations and medium-term plans for customer review.
  • Create appropriate retrofit designs and ventilation strategies.
  • Effectively communicate with our nationwide installer network through PAS Hub and other channels.
  • Review installation evidence for quality and compliance.
  • Register completed projects in the TrustMark data warehouse.
  • Adhere to deadlines, ensuring all required documentation is submitted within the specified timeframes.

Requirements
  • Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
  • Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor.
  • End-to-end experience of retrofit projects.
  • Familiarity with Corelogic PasHub and ECMK assessor hub.
  • Strong knowledge of construction, heating systems, renewable energy, and current ventilation standards.
  • Excellent communication skills.
