Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Strategist who possesses outstanding communication abilities, alongside strong organizational and planning skills, creativity, and a keen understanding of commercial dynamics. This role involves designing and executing marketing initiatives that align with our marketing strategy and bolster the sales approach, both of which are in sync with the overarching strategic objectives of CFH Docmail.

Your innovative and engaging campaigns will enhance lead generation by developing strategies and activities that promote our core products, services, and new business offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate marketing qualified leads to support the new business development and sales pipeline.

· Maintain a rolling three-month campaign plan targeting key sectors, guided by the Group Head of Marketing and Operational Sales Manager, while adhering to budget constraints.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and manage campaigns, ensuring timely launch and delivery through effective task delegation.

· Implement an integrated campaign framework utilizing a multichannel approach, including A/B testing of campaign components, and optimize campaigns in real-time for optimal results.

· Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI, providing monthly reports on campaign effectiveness.

· Create, develop, and implement marketing campaigns for all products and services, monitoring their performance to ensure a positive return on investment.

· Maintain a comprehensive campaign and content calendar that aligns with the Strategic Marketing Plan.

· Write and proofread creative content that reflects our brand voice and business proposition.

· Update and manage product user materials and marketing collateral.

· Regularly refresh our websites with new content, news articles, blogs, and campaign activities.

· Collaborate with the business development team by providing leads, campaign data, sales materials, and presentation decks.

· Participate in sector working groups to understand market dynamics, agree on marketing activities, and establish key messaging aimed at generating new leads.

· Utilize Hubspot CRM for all marketing activities, measuring performance, tracking, and analyzing database interactions.

· Conduct market research to identify and define new potential audiences and sectors for our offerings.

· Carry out client interviews and maintain a library of case studies and collateral.

· Contribute to the monthly marketing activity report for the Executive Board.

· Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with GDPR and our standard operating procedures, working closely with our Data Protection Officers to maintain Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).

· Monitor competitors, their messaging, and activities to stay ahead in the market.



Requirements

Knowledge / Skills / Qualifications

Essential:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

· Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

· Exceptional communication and project management skills.

· Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt and create content across various mediums and topics.

Desirable:

· Chartered Institute of Marketing Certificate.

· Familiarity with SEO best practices.
