Corporate Employment Liaison

Salary: £26,

Location: Liverpool

Contract Type: 12 month fixed term

The Corporate Employment Liaison will be responsible for generating appropriate job placements for Ingeus participants, working in close partnership with Employment Advisors and fellow Corporate Employment Liaisons to ensure that participants are equipped with the essential skills required for successful employment.

This role involves delivering tailored recruitment solutions for small enterprises or less prominent sectors, while remaining attuned to local market dynamics such as emerging businesses and growth sectors, ensuring exceptional service for local employers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain robust relationships with both new and existing employers to secure job opportunities for participants.
  • Advocate for Ingeus services, including the Restart Programme, to prospective employers.
  • Engage regularly with key employers who have ongoing vacancies and conduct monthly discussions for continuous recruitment efforts.
  • Evaluate market trends to uncover new business prospects, particularly within small businesses.
  • Ensure that participants are appropriately matched to job openings based on their skills and experiences.
  • Achieve performance targets and KPIs, consistently seeking methods to improve outcomes.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at networking to build and maintain professional relationships.
