Job Title: Senior Application Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Agile DevOps team, you will be responsible for delivering applications support and development services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide application and system support, including enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Lead on problem management and investigations, including HPIs.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues.
  • Identify and deliver service improvements, including automation.
  • Experience in release management and certificate management.
Requirements:
  • DevOps/Support experience in applications.
  • 2nd/3rd line support experience, with both customers and vendors.
  • Strong technical skills, including cloud application support, Linux, messaging systems, database syntax, and scripting languages.
  • CI/CD pipeline deployments experience.
