A distinguished consultancy firm specializing in comprehensive project management for prominent corporations is seeking a capable Programme Management Officer to enhance their team. This role is pivotal in supporting a significant initiative mandated by regulatory authorities within the energy sector.
The organization is at the forefront of managing extensive programme operations, overseeing both technological and procedural transformations. Due to an increased workload, they are in need of a Programme Management Officer to assist in the effective functioning of the PMO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align the programme with the organization's core PMO methodologies and standards.
- Collaborate with the PMO team to monitor and track programme commitments across various project management teams.
- Evaluate programme performance and deliver insightful reports to the Programme Lead.
- Facilitate the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks associated with the programme.
Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, particularly in risk assessment, planning, dependency oversight, resource allocation, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and confidently with programme leads to create and maintain essential PMO documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality written outputs.
