About the Role

Pentagon Motor Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join their team in Sheffield. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the submission and monitoring of all warranty claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process warranty/retail invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaise with the Service team to ensure smooth workflow and work in progress management
  • Communicate with manufacturers to resolve submission issues and corrections
  • Follow established processes to make successful warranty claims
  • Reconcile paid claims and maintain accurate and up-to-date warranty records
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest warranty bulletins and advise technicians and colleagues accordingly
  • Ensure all job cards adhere to standards and warranty bulletins for compliance
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in an administration role
  • Strong administration skills, with attention to detail and process-driven approach
  • Customer-focused and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to work to deadlines
  • Methodical and organized approach to workload, with a positive and right-first-time attitude
  • Open and enthusiastic to training and development opportunities
