**Warranty Executive**

**Job summary**:
As a Warranty Executive at Audi Sheffield, you will provide technical support and guidance to technicians, supporting and developing workshop process in line with the Audi Service processes.

Managing technical repair progression in relation to systems and process, within this role you will control the Audi Central Support System, coding and documentation quality standards and providing departmental technical support contact to Audi Cars whilst managing and maintaining warranty standards.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Maintaining a minimum 72 Hour technical repair evaluation / Audi Information Repair System.
- Preparing PCSS Technically for job arrival and supporting the parts team pre pick process.
- Assigning special tools to repairs.
- Providing technical assistance to Service Advisors, customers and colleagues.
- Managing departmental communication on PCGB Technical / Warranty updates
- Supporting and providing technician diagnostic route guidance.
- Driving repair utilisation through coding knowledge and system expertise.
- Supporting Audi Request Management System generation and managing the subsequent response.
- Gathering supporting repair documentation (real time) to support PCGB Warranty guidelines.
- Process claims through World Warranty System and manage the response.
- Carry out dynamic quality control including final testing.
- Support workshop process development sharing best practice & communicating clearly.
- Providing cover to the Workshop Manager as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a Warranty Administration capacity is desirable.
- A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- Excellent attention to detail with an organised, logical and methodical approach is essential.
- Previous experience of using databases with preferred experience and knowledge of Kerridge.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be assertive when required.
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
