  • Asset Management: Oversee the inventory and management of our IT assets, including hardware and software.

  • Managing the IT Helpdesk: Coordinate and manage the IT helpdesk, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.

  • Procurement of Hardware: Source and procure new hardware and equipment, ensuring compatibility and compliance with our IT standards.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows XP/10, Windows Server 2012+/2019, Windows Active Directory and Group Policy, Networking (basic switching and routing), Helpdesk systems, Dell/HP Servers, Forcepoint email and web filtering solutions, Enterprise antivirus systems, and Mobile Device Management.

  • Desirable Skills: Experience with Linux/Ubuntu, Firewall knowledge – Cisco ASA, Monitoring systems – PRTG, Virtualisation – Hyper-V/VMWare, Managed Wi-Fi systems, Antivirus systems – Sentinel One, Web/E-mail filters – Forcepoint, Data Leakage Prevention (DLP), Two factor authentication (RSA), and PowerShell (scripting).
