Role Overview
This position involves leading a shift-based team, overseeing a diverse group of operators and technical staff at our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Leader, you will be tasked with:

  • Providing frontline leadership to ensure optimal safety, quality, and machine efficiency.
  • Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with team members, managing attendance, and addressing performance-related matters.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar sector (FMCG) at a supervisory level.
  • Experience in managing personnel, safety, and quality (preferred).
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, LEAN, 5S).
  • A proven track record of successfully navigating change within a training or other relevant context.
