About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Weekend Cook to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and cook meals to meet the dietary needs of our residents
  • Ensure the highest standards of health, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen
  • Manage and control food stock, including receiving and checking deliveries
  • Monitor portion control and maintain accurate records
  • Report any accidents, near misses, or damage to the Catering Supervisor
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in hands-on cooking
  • Experience of working to strict food hygiene standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and cook a variety of cuisines
