Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our inbound customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support through various communication channels.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
  • Work collaboratively with operations employees to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Accurately record and process customer enquiries, and diagnose issues through detailed questioning and active listening.
  • Investigate and interpret data held on various systems, and manage customer expectations by setting and agreeing timescales for actions to be performed.
  • Promote products in line with marketing input, and conduct outbound calls following events and system unavailability.
  • Review own performance statistics and take responsibility for personal development, and respond to and resolve written customer contacts.
Working Hours:

The role is full-time, with 37 hours worked per week. The working hours are Monday to Sunday, 7am-10pm, with 1 in 2 weekends worked. The rota is published 6 weeks in advance.

Pay and Benefits:

The hourly rate is £13.60, paid weekly every Friday. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
