Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team at Crown. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving monthly targets, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret customer requirements and process maintenance records onto the in-house ERP system.
  • Provide administrative support to the UK Fleet of Fork Lift Engineers, planning and dispatching engineers as required.
  • Maintain good housekeeping in relation to WIP and manage a busy telephone and email service.
  • Build relationships with customers, keeping them updated on open work orders.
  • Receive service repair and maintenance requests, enter them into in-house software, and manage open work orders.
  • Monitor service dashboard to ensure WIP is processing within targets.
  • Review clocking reports, make adjustments, and verify labour and part items on work orders.
  • Enter PM agreements into in-house software and review outstanding estimates.
  • Resolve invoice queries and handle incoming emails.

Requirements:

  • A high level of customer care and a strong administrative background.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a fantastic telephone manner.
  • Attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Experience gained within a similar role is desirable.
  • Excellent IT skills, with the ability to learn new procedures.
  • Fully IT literate, with a good knowledge of Word and Excel.
