Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our Central England team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with customers and colleagues across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, generate leads through various methods, and qualify leads based on needs, budget, and authority.
- Negotiation and Closing: Prepare and submit proposals, negotiate terms, and secure orders to meet targets.
- Building Customer Relationships: Provide ongoing support, follow up post-sale, and maintain strong relationships.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, conduct research, and analysis of competitors to inform sales tactics.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work with cross-functional teams to support initiatives and share knowledge.
- Customer Service and Support: Provide excellent service, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
