Main Responsibilities:

  • Building Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive commercial growth.
  • Tailoring Sales Proposals: Develop and deliver tailored sales proposals that meet individual customer requirements, within defined timeframes and in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Identifying Growth Initiatives: Identify key initiatives that will enhance service delivery and support the development of innovative solutions for our customers.
  • Collaborative Working: Work collaboratively with management, operational teams, and colleagues to achieve successful outcomes for our customers.

Our Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who can demonstrate a desire to understand our business and drive commercial growth. Previous sales experience is not essential, but a background in customer-facing environments is highly desirable.

  • Customer-Focused Experience: Demonstrate experience in customer-focused areas, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and delivering results.
  • Public Sector Experience: May have experience of the public sector, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this area.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong, professional working relationships.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: Hold a full UK driving licence to meet the travel requirements of the role.
