Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Implement strategies aimed at upskilling your local community members and overcoming barriers to employment.
- Performance Management: Identify skills gaps, mentor, and coach staff to ensure they are meeting their targets.
- Financial Management: Manage Profit and Loss reports and monthly financial forecasting.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
