Job Title: Commercial Manager - Central England

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our Central England team. As a key member of our sales and commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales and commercial activity for our Concrete products in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, generate leads through various methods, and qualify leads based on needs, budget, and authority.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Prepare and submit proposals, negotiate terms, and secure orders to meet targets.
  • Building Customer Relationships: Provide ongoing support, follow up post-sale, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, conduct research, and analysis of competitors to inform sales tactics.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work with cross-functional teams to support initiatives and share knowledge.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide excellent service, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
