Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Corporate Development Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development.

This role will be based in our Birmingham office, where you will work closely with our Group MD and Chief Executive to learn and understand the principles of Facilities Management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue and expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property directors, facilities managers, and purchasing departments
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Manage the bid, tender, and proposal process, including writing tender responses and completing Prequalification questionnaires
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices

**Requirements:**

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the Facilities Management industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Initiative and common sense
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
