Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Trials Senior Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our department, you will play a vital role in the management and leadership of our team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of pharmacy technicians to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of clinical trials services.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice.
  • Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of clinical trials services.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues on clinical trials-related matters.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience in a clinical trials setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading and managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
