Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our team as a Clinical Trials Senior Pharmacy Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and research.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the pharmacy team in the conduct of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and good clinical practice.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical trial operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research nurses, doctors, and data managers, to ensure seamless trial execution.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on pharmacy-related aspects of clinical trials, including medication management and dispensing.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to clinical trials.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years post-registration experience as a Pharmacy Technician, with at least 2 years in a clinical trials environment.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams and managing projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trials regulations, good clinical practice, and pharmacy-related aspects of trial conduct.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
