Creative Marketing Manager for Skincare Brands

Karo Healthcare is embarking on an exciting mission to deliver a variety of healthcare solutions aimed at enhancing consumer well-being. The organization operates from multiple locations across Europe.

We are currently looking for a proactive Global Creative Content Manager to join our Skin Health Squad, focusing on the brands Locobase and Decubal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the creation of diverse content for Skin Health brands across digital channels, including social media, websites, blogs, and email communications. This role also involves crafting product packaging copy and ensuring uniformity in content across different markets.
  • Devise innovative content concepts and campaigns, taking into account SEO strategies and data analytics.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to uphold a cohesive brand image in all creative endeavors.
  • Consistently produce high-quality, engaging content that motivates team members and boosts the online visibility of the Skin Squad and Karo as a whole.
  • Coordinate with local market teams to effectively disseminate content across various platforms, ensuring a strong online presence.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital content creation and marketing, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Expertise in transforming concepts into visual content, email marketing, SEO copywriting for various digital platforms, and familiarity with eCommerce strategies and performance metrics.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Proven track record in delivering content tailored to diverse markets, particularly in the Nordics, Germany, and the UK.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for skincare and cosmetic products.
