Core Responsibilities:

The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies to bolster key brands within the Established Brands portfolio, valued at approximately £40 million. The role involves engaging with customers to present and discuss marketing materials in a sales-oriented manner.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing and executing the Established Brands strategy and brand plan.
  • Creating promotional content in collaboration with creative agencies while utilizing existing resources and materials developed by global brand teams.
  • Partnering with medical and regulatory teams to ensure compliance of all created materials with relevant industry standards.
  • Utilizing systems such as Veeva and Promo Mats for the approval of marketing materials.
  • Coordinating the placement of materials with media outlets and customers, including potential partnerships with e-commerce platforms.
  • Maintaining budgetary constraints throughout the development and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Analyzing performance metrics such as click-through rates to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and refining them as necessary.
  • Assisting the established brands commercial lead in specific areas, such as logistics and customer inquiries.

Candidate Profile:

  • The ideal candidate is classified as early talent, with the potential for career advancement following the completion of the 2-year contract, and preferably possesses some background in creative or marketing roles.
  • They should demonstrate a keen interest in learning about products and exploring commercial opportunities, along with the motivation to drive projects from conception to execution in a self-directed environment.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
