- Compliance Assurance: Work alongside medical and regulatory teams to ensure all marketing materials adhere to relevant guidelines.
- System Proficiency: Learn and utilize systems such as Veeva and Promo Mats for the approval of marketing materials.
- Media Placement: Coordinate the distribution of materials to media outlets and clients, including potential partnerships with e-commerce platforms.
- Budget Management: Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints throughout the development and distribution of marketing materials.
- Performance Analysis: Review performance metrics such as click-through rates to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make necessary improvements.
- Support Role: Provide assistance in specific areas for the established brands commercial lead, including logistics and customer inquiries.
- The ideal candidate will be classified as early talent, with the potential for career advancement following the two-year placement, and preferably possess some background in creative or marketing roles.
- A strong desire to deepen knowledge of products and explore commercial opportunities is essential, along with the initiative to manage projects from conception to launch in a highly autonomous setting.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
