Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to join our UK Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering key innovation and renovation projects across our Instant brands.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Leading the commercialization of innovation and renovation projects through our stage gate process, managing both local and global stakeholders
  • Developing and delivering against the agreed business case on key projects for growth
  • Being a 'brand guardian' and champion for our Instant brands, working closely with Senior Brand Managers and cross-functional teams to execute NPD with excellence
  • Supporting Senior Brand Managers and Marketing Manager on range/portfolio management and deployment of NPD through powerful brand plans
  • Conducting brand performance tracking on key Instant brands, shaping insights and actions for growth, working alongside our retail teams

Requirements:

  • Previous marketing experience, preferably in FMCG
  • Brand building/NPD experience with ability for strong project management
  • Strong commercial acumen with good analytical ability (Nielsen/IRI/Kantar), ability to turn data into insights and actions
  • Superb relationship building and cross-functional working
  • An entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset. High energy, passionate and 'can do' attitude
