Finance Assistant Role Overview

This Finance Assistant position has been created to support a team member's temporary absence within the finance department. As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and be responsible for managing and processing sales ledger invoices and reconciliations for an international SME based in Ash, Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process sales orders and customer invoices
  • Owning bank reconciliations
  • Customer account reconciliation
  • Supporting the small finance team with ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Xero
  • Knowledge of Stripe would be advantageous
  • Experience with bookkeeping
  • Experience with sales ledger
