Financial Operations Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Jackson Hogg Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our business leaders.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and deploy meaningful financial reporting, analysis, and insight through a suite of Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools.

* Collaborate with the Group Finance team and Business Excellence lead to create effective, self-service reporting to enhance informed decision-making within the business.

* Own system infrastructure projects, including the transition of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to the Group tool.

* Act as a business partner to our Managing Director and site senior leadership team.

* Own the annual budgeting process for the business, including month-by-month Profit and Loss (P&L), Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), Balance Sheet, and Cash generation.

* Own the rolling 12-month forecasting model for the business.

**Requirements**

* ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Previous business partnering experience with tangible examples.

* Experience of building and deploying reporting solutions within Power BI.

* Experience within the manufacturing sector.
