We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Lotus Professionals. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication: Provide regular review calls to customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate customer requirements, including allocation tracking, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Demand Management: Analyze and manage demand through regular reviews of orders versus forecast to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Process Management: Process customer forecast releases via Demand Planning tools and forecasting systems to ensure accurate forecasting and planning.
  • Forecast Accuracy: Review and analyze forecast accuracy to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Customer Onboarding: Onboard new customer accounts to ensure a smooth transition and ensure all necessary information is collected.
  • Operational Improvement: Participate in Operational Improvement Projects to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Support customer complaints through to resolution to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing and Shipping: Process orders and ensure timely shipping to meet customer expectations.
  • Database Integrity: Ensure database integrity by maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • KPI and Month-End Reporting: Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and month-end results to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
  • Supply Chain Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a supply chain or customer service/account management role.
  • SAP Knowledge: Good working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLookups, and VBA.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive to Learn and Contribute: A drive to learn, develop, and contribute towards company performance.
