Employee Engagement Business Partner

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Employee Engagement Business Partner to join our team at JGA Recruitment. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies that drive business results.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and deliver employee engagement strategies that align with business objectives
* Design and manage employee engagement surveys using Qualtrics and Perceptyx
* Analyze and report on survey data to inform strategy with key stakeholders
* Design and deliver training programs to enhance organizational capabilities
* Collaborate with global teams to create and maintain relevant training content
* Partner with stakeholders to identify current and future competency needs
* Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure course materials are up-to-date
* Build strong relationships with employees across various levels and global stakeholders
* Lead the design and management of the Leadership Development Curriculum
* Track, report, and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs
* Contribute to additional People & Culture projects as needed

**Requirements**

* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
* Proven experience in team leadership
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
* Ability to work collaboratively and navigate ambiguity
* Background in content design and implementation
* Preferred: Experience with eLearning tools, instructional design, and Adobe Creative Suite
