Learning and Engagement Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Engagement Business Partner to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping our employee experience and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop and implement training initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with Global Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and maintain relevant training content, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and global stakeholders to identify current and future competency needs.
- Manage the Learning Management System: Oversee the LMS, ensuring course materials are up-to-date and accessible to all employees.
- Lead Leadership Development: Design and manage the Leadership Development Curriculum, focusing on developing future leaders.
- Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Track, report, and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to People & Culture Projects: Collaborate with the People & Culture team on various projects, driving business outcomes and employee engagement.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Utilize data-driven approaches to inform decision-making and drive business results.
- Proven Team Leadership: Demonstrate experience in leading teams and driving business outcomes.
- Comfort in Fast-Paced Environments: Thrive in dynamic, customer-focused environments, adapting to changing priorities.
- Collaborative Mindset: Foster strong relationships with employees, managers, and global stakeholders, navigating ambiguity and complexity.
- Background in Content Design: Possess experience in content design and implementation, with a focus on employee engagement and development.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with eLearning tools, instructional design, and Adobe Creative Suite.
