Key Responsibilities:- Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop and implement training programs to enhance organizational capabilities and drive business results.
- Collaborate with Global Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to create and maintain relevant training content, ensuring it meets the needs of the business.
- Partner with Stakeholders: Identify current and future competency needs with stakeholders, including senior leaders and employees across various levels.
- Manage the Learning Management System: Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure course materials are up-to-date, accurate, and engaging.
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with employees and global stakeholders to understand their needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Lead Leadership Development: Design and manage the Leadership Development Curriculum, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and develops future leaders.
- Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Track, report, and evaluate the effectiveness of Learning and Development programs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Contribute to People and Culture Projects: Collaborate with the People and Culture team on additional projects, as needed, to drive business results.
- Shape Leadership Development Strategies: Work with senior leaders to develop leadership development strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Oversee the Learning and Development Budget: Manage the Learning and Development budget, ensuring it is allocated effectively to drive business results.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Apply data-driven decision-making to drive business results.
- Proven Team Leadership: Demonstrate experience in leading teams and driving business outcomes.
- Comfort in Fast-Paced Environments: Thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
- Collaborative Mindset: Work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive business results.
- Background in Content Design: Develop and implement content design and implementation strategies.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with eLearning tools, instructional design, and Adobe Creative Suite.
