JGA Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading food and beverage retail business to find an employee-focused and culture-driven Learning and Engagement Business Partner to contribute to the company's People & Culture strategy with a focus on Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, and Organizational Capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop and implement training programs to enhance organizational capabilities and drive business results.
- Collaborate with Global Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to create and maintain relevant training content, ensuring it meets the needs of the business.
- Partner with Stakeholders: Identify current and future competency needs with stakeholders, including senior leaders and employees across various levels.
- Manage the Learning Management System: Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure course materials are up-to-date, engaging, and effective.
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with employees and global stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
- Lead Leadership Development: Design and manage the Leadership Development Curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of the business and develops future leaders.
- Track and Evaluate: Monitor, report, and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- Contribute to People & Culture Projects: Collaborate with the People & Culture team on additional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Shape Leadership Development Strategies: Partner with senior leaders to develop leadership development strategies that drive business results.
- Oversee the Learning & Development Budget: Manage the Learning & Development budget, ensuring effective use of resources and alignment with business objectives.
