Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop and implement training initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Global Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and maintain relevant training content, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and global stakeholders to identify current and future competency needs.
  • Manage the Learning Management System: Oversee the LMS, ensuring course materials are up-to-date and accessible to all employees.
  • Lead Leadership Development: Design and manage the Leadership Development Curriculum, focusing on developing future leaders.
  • Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Track, report, and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to People & Culture Projects: Collaborate with the People & Culture team on various projects, driving business outcomes and employee engagement.
Requirements

  • Proven Team Leadership: Demonstrate experience in leading teams and driving business outcomes.
  • Comfort in Fast-Paced Environments: Thrive in dynamic, customer-focused environments, adapting to changing priorities.

  • Background in Content Design: Possess experience in content design and implementation, with a focus on employee engagement and development.
