Field Sales Associate — Verisure Services (UK) Limited
As a Field Sales Associate, you will enjoy a blend of a secure salary along with an unlimited commission structure.

Typically, our Field Sales Associates achieve earnings ranging from £30,000 to £40,000 OTE in their initial year, with top achievers exceeding £60,000 OTE.

Key Responsibilities of the Field Sales Associate:
Transforming warm leads into sales through a direct sales methodology.
Identifying and creating your own sales prospects: engaging in cold canvassing within both commercial and residential settings.
Establishing a network of enduring relationships with clients and generating referrals from existing customers.
In this adaptable role, you will be converting leads from our call center into successful sales.

Your main focus will be canvassing potential clients at their residences, introducing them to Verisure, demonstrating our award-winning offerings, and conducting a security assessment to tailor a system that addresses their security requirements.

You will also be responsible for generating new sales.
While prior sales experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Comprehensive training will be provided. Essential qualifications include a professional demeanor, a customer service-oriented mindset, a passion for sales, and effective communication skills. A full manual driving license and access to a vehicle for the initial months are also required.
