Job Summary:

The Entertainer is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Tesco Bar Hill Cambridge Extra. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, ensuring the toy aisles are well-stocked and merchandised to perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandising and handling deliveries to maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked toy department
  • Replenishing stock, managing prices, and implementing promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Conducting start-of-shift bay checks to ensure pricing, stock gaps, and general standards are met
  • Maintaining excellent communication with colleagues and line managers to ensure seamless operations
  • Providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, and encouraging sales through your extensive toy knowledge

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, with a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations and merchandising principles
