Christmas Seasonal Sales Associate - Tom Ford - Various Hours

Christmas Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Christmas Team Member to join our team at Tom Ford during our peak trading period. As a Christmas Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building rapport, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport and exceeding customer expectations
  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period
  • Support colleagues, working as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Adhere to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security standards
  • Make our stores peak ready by supporting the management team with visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow brand/store procedures when receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, actioning stock movements, and following replenishment processes

Requirements:

  • Passionate and enthusiastic about our brands
  • Great communicator, able to positively engage with our customers
  • Flexibility to work across peak in the six weeks leading up to Christmas
  • Positive outlook and accommodating, can-do attitude
  • Responsive to business needs, proactive to go above and beyond
  • Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is desirable
