Christmas Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Christmas Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales during our peak trading period.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service, building rapport and exceeding customer expectations

• Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our Peak Trading period

• Support colleagues, working as part of a Team focused on creating a memorable customer experience

  • Educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Adhere to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety and security standards
  • Support the management team with visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow Brand/store procedures when receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, actioning stock movements, and following replenishment process
  • Stay up to date on company/store information

Requirements

• Passionate and enthusiastic about our brands

• Positive outlook and accommodating, can-do attitude

• Responsive to business needs, proactive to go above and beyond

• Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is desirable
