We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Executive to join our team at PPL PRS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for retaining and growing revenue from high-value and large customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver revenue targets through core key account management activities and identify further opportunities for revenue growth
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in our customer organizations
  • To negotiate licence reviews and secure increased revenues
  • To ensure accurate invoicing and payment terms
  • To identify and contact due and overdue accounts, obtaining payment and payment commitments where necessary
  • To actively chase and collect past due and aged debt
  • To work collaboratively with our National Account processors to prioritize and manage workload effectively
  • To use objection handling techniques to resolve customer queries and objections
  • To educate and advise customers on the benefits of music to their business, while ensuring they understand and adhere to contractual licensing terms and conditions
  • To represent the company at external client meetings and events
  • To develop and maintain knowledge of accounts and sectors to maximize revenue streams
  • To stay up-to-date with core licensing processes and procedures, including tariffs and Copyright Law

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Key Account management and sales
  • A level education or relevant work experience
  • Proven experience of managing customer relationships
  • Experience of using a CRM system
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Experience of managing complaints
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
