Job Title: Senior Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Brook Street Social Care NMR. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of support workers in providing high-quality care and support to young people.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person.
  • Provide training and support to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent the team at meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a care setting, preferably with young people.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of care policies and procedures.
