Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care in Swindon. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, while also contributing to the management and supervision of our residential service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as medication management and financial support
  • Collaborate with the management team to allocate shifts, book training, and induct new colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
  • Level 2 in Health and Social Care
