Job Summary
The Pilot Group is seeking a highly skilled Customer Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for ensuring all customer requirements are planned and executed in a manner that will meet the implementation goals for the project.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Create and maintain the project plan, assign tasks to resources, and approve project charges such as travel expenses, equipment, or billable time.
- Project Coordination: Create and communicate project status reports to the project stakeholders, manage the defined budget and budget changes, and ensure quality and timeliness for the services.
- Customer Management: Ensure customer acceptance for delivered services, prepare and conduct customer meetings, and control the execution of the testing.
- Issue Resolution: Coordinate issues resolutions with partners, coordinate the acceptance of the system, and coordinate prep go-live activities.
- Resource Allocation: Assign adequate resources to go-live and post go-live activities, and coordinate the hand over to support team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience delivering ERP projects
- 2+ years of experience on Customer side
- 5+ experience in Distribution and/or Manufacturing industries
