Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to provide administrative and operational support to our Financial Consultants and Portfolio Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service and sales support to Financial Consultants and Portfolio Managers, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on client inquiries, ensuring that our service standards are met.
  • Process documentation and transaction requests, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Liaise with Accountants and third parties to provide tax documents and statements as requested.
  • Perform general office duties, including reception coverage as needed.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical position, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • IIROC licensed as an Investment Representative, including completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
