About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Blue Arrow. This role offers flexible working hours with core working hours set from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The position involves a range of administrative tasks that are crucial for the effective operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Enter data accurately, ensuring logical consistency and flagging potential errors.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and complete records for effective processing.
- System Querying: Conduct standard interrogation of systems and databases to address queries.
- Information Provision: Provide accurate and meaningful information to customers and managers.
- Document Creation: Create and format documents based on provided information.
- Report Generation: Prepare accurate and complete letters and reports.
- Administrative Support: Perform a range of administrative support functions, including handling received documents, applications, and correspondence.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare documents and records for meetings.
- Filing and Storage: Organize filing and storage of documents.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data entry and document formatting.
- Ability to handle and organize administrative tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills for providing information to customers and managers.
- Experience with standard office systems and databases is advantageous.
