Job Title: 1st/2nd Line IT Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 1st/2nd Line IT Engineer to join our dynamic team at Bond Bryan. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and services to our staff across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 1st Line Support: Provide front-line technical assistance to staff, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues on both MacOS and Windows OS.
  • 2nd Line Support: Diagnose and resolve more complex technical issues, escalating to 3rd line support when necessary, and manage and maintain Windows Server environments and hybrid setups with 365.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience in a 1st/2nd line support role, with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MacOS and Windows OS, hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, knowledge of Exchange OnPrem and Office 365 administration, and experience with MS Intune for device management.
