Job Summary:

Coyles Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and organized Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Coordinator to join our team. As an EHCP Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the coordination of the EHCP review process, ensuring that EHCPs are of good quality, up-to-date, and completed in a timely manner in line with the SEND Code of Practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the EHCP review process for existing learners and those due to join the programme at the start of the next academic year.
  • Work closely with a range of stakeholders to ensure EHCPs meet the required standards.
  • Responsible for bringing in referrals to the programme and confirming that learners accepted onto the programme are suitable.
  • Ensure that EHCPs are completed in line with timescales and targets.

Requirements:

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
