Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as nursing, social work, or psychology.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a care management or similar role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to assess client needs, knowledge of community resources and support services, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Working with Us

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.50-£14.00 per hour and a flexible schedule with 20-40 hours per week. Our benefits package includes on-site parking and a referral program.
