Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at DTG Global. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of IT services and drive business growth.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that IT services are delivered seamlessly across the organisation, with a strong focus on maintaining high service levels and fostering productive relationships. Experience in managing the transition to outsourced IT services and a background in professional services will be highly beneficial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Management: Take charge of the day-to-day delivery of IT services, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  • Outsourcing Expertise: Leverage your experience in outsourcing to manage and optimise relationships with external partners, ensuring they meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Service Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements to service delivery processes, enhancing efficiency and service quality.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and ensure IT services are aligned with business objectives.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor service performance, produce detailed reports, and drive action plans to address any areas needing improvement.
