The Role

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective and customer-focused IT services. Your role will involve overseeing several key support functions for end users and ensuring our service is ITIL aligned and delivers against contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Undertaking regular service meetings with clients to ensure their needs are met
  2. Developing and managing service improvement plans to resolve issues raised with the service
  3. Ensuring great customer experiences through strong operational management
  4. Handling all operational issues that relate to service delivery

Requirements:

  1. Commercial experience working with, and ensuring adherence to, contractual requirements and commitments
  2. Excellent customer service orientation and relationship building skills
  3. The ability to build relationships with senior customer stakeholders
  4. The ability to manage and influence multiple teams
  5. To be ITIL certified
