Our mission is to deliver exceptional support and safeguarding services to at-risk children and families, prioritizing their safety and welfare.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Child Protection Specialist, your duties will include:
- Conducting in-depth evaluations of children and families to pinpoint risks, needs, and strengths.
- Formulating and executing care strategies aimed at safeguarding children and assisting families.
- Offering support and advocacy for children and families, ensuring their perspectives are acknowledged and their rights upheld.
- Adhering to relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
- Keeping precise and current records of evaluations, interventions, and results in accordance with legal and professional standards.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A qualification in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrated experience in a social work capacity, particularly in safeguarding and protection.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for fostering effective relationships with children, families, and professionals.
- Familiarity with pertinent legislation, policies, and procedures related to social care and safeguarding.
