About The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with design, development, and product teams to improve user experiences and streamline the conversion process.
  • Executing A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimental methods to validate strategies and enhance conversion rates.
  • Maintaining consistency in branding, messaging, and user interface to ensure a cohesive user journey.
  • Leveraging insights from user research, heatmaps, usability testing, and analytics tools.
  • Conducting in-depth analyses of user behaviour and funnel performance to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Generating regular reports and actionable insights based on conversion performance and testing outcomes.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to uncover optimisation opportunities.
Required Experience
  • Background in digital product management, digital marketing, or e-commerce with a focus on conversion rate optimisation.
  • Proficiency in web analytics and experimental tools.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across various levels.
  • Understanding of web design principles, UX/UI best practices, and usability testing methods.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
  • Experience with tag management solutions is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of project management tools would be a plus.
